Andrew November is a lifelong Clevelander who graduated from the University of Cincinnati with a B.A. in Criminal Justice in 2006. He served as president of the Criminal Justice Honor Society while attending the University. Andrew then went on to Case Western Law School and earned his J.D. in 2009 and has been an aggressive Disability Advocate at Balin Law, LLC since 2009.
Andrew represents Balin Law’s clients at all stages of the Social Security process, particularly at the hearing level. He has more than one-thousand appearances before United States Administrative Law Judges. He has also appeared before the United States Court of Appeals in a disability related case and is a member of the Firm’s Appellate Advocacy Group where he regularly assists in the briefing of cases before United States District Court. He is an Accredited Attorney for Veterans by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs. Most recently, Andrew has a new and evolving focus on Deaf clients and is becoming fluent in American Sign Language.
Andrew is a hard working attorney who is also very involved in his community. Among his many civic activities, he is an Executive Member on the MetroHealth N.E.T Council of Emerging Young Professionals. He serves on the Deafness Advocacy Committee for the Cleveland Hearing and Speech Center. He is a Trustee and the Chair of the Disability Section for the Ohio Association for Justice, and he is a member of the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association’s Bar Admissions Committee and Appeals Sub-Committee.
